Terms of Service

1. An invoice for the full amount will be sent, but payment will be accepted in two parts:
- Initial 50% after order confirmation, where I will start work on the sketch.
- Remaining 50% after the sketch has been approved. I will work on completing the piece after that.2. All completed work will be showcased on my portfolio; any exception for this can be discussed.3. Sketches and completed works must not be fed into any AI learning/generation/etc programs.4. I will not do any artwork for NFT purposes, neither do I condone any completed artwork be used as such, with or without my knowledge.5. No refunds will be given for the initial 50% if the sketch has already been done and the order is cancelled. Client will be allowed to keep the sketch.6. Refunds will only be given if no work has been done after the commission was originally confirmed.7. I reserve the right to reject any commission I may not be comfortable working on.OK!
